GIRUDA(이하 "앱")는 마이티 카드게임을 모바일에서 즐길 수 있는 서비스를 제공합니다. 앱을 다운로드하고 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
앱은 게스트 모드로 바로 이용할 수 있으며, 계정 연동은 필수가 아닙니다. Apple 또는 Google 소셜 로그인을 통해 선택적으로 계정을 연동할 수 있습니다.
계정을 연동하면 게임 데이터(통계, 업적, 포인트, 커스터마이징 등)가 서버에 저장되어 기기 변경 시에도 데이터를 복원할 수 있습니다.
계정 삭제를 원하시면 앱 내 프로필 화면에서 직접 삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제 시 서버에 저장된 모든 데이터가 영구적으로 삭제됩니다.
앱 내 포인트(코인)는 게임 플레이, 광고 시청, 인앱결제 등으로 획득할 수 있습니다. 게임 내 재화는 앱 내에서만 사용 가능하며, 현금으로 환전할 수 없습니다.
인앱결제는 Apple App Store 및 Google Play Store의 결제 시스템을 통해 이루어집니다. 결제 취소 및 환불은 각 스토어의 정책을 따릅니다.
본 약관은 필요에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 공지를 통해 안내합니다.

GIRUDA (the "App") provides a service for playing the Mighty card game on mobile devices. By downloading and using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App can be used immediately in guest mode; account linking is not required. You can optionally link your account via Apple or Google social login.
When you link an account, your game data (statistics, achievements, points, customization, etc.) is stored on our server, allowing you to restore your data when changing devices.
If you wish to delete your account, you can do so directly from the Profile screen in the App. All data stored on the server will be permanently deleted.
In-app points (coins) can be earned through gameplay, watching ads, and in-app purchases. In-game currency can only be used within the App and cannot be exchanged for cash.
In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store payment systems. Cancellations and refunds follow each store's policies.
These terms may be changed as needed, and any changes will be notified through in-app announcements.

GIRUDA（以下「アプリ」）は、マイティカードゲームをモバイルで楽しめるサービスを提供します。アプリをダウンロードして利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
アプリはゲストモードですぐにご利用いただけます。アカウント連携は必須ではありません。AppleまたはGoogleのソーシャルログインを通じて、任意でアカウントを連携できます。
アカウントを連携すると、ゲームデータ（統計、実績、ポイント、カスタマイズなど）がサーバーに保存され、機種変更時にもデータを復元できます。
アカウントの削除をご希望の場合は、アプリ内のプロフィール画面から直接削除できます。削除時にサーバーに保存されたすべてのデータが完全に削除されます。
アプリ内ポイント（コイン）は、ゲームプレイ、広告視聴、アプリ内課金などで獲得できます。ゲーム内通貨はアプリ内でのみ使用可能で、現金に換金することはできません。
アプリ内課金は、Apple App StoreおよびGoogle Play Storeの決済システムを通じて行われます。決済のキャンセルおよび返金は各ストアのポリシーに従います。
本規約は必要に応じて変更される場合があり、変更時はアプリ内のお知らせを通じてご案内します。

GIRUDA（以下简称"应用"）提供在移动设备上体验Mighty纸牌游戏的服务。下载并使用本应用即视为同意本条款。
应用支持游客模式直接使用，账号绑定不是必须的。您可以通过Apple或Google社交登录选择性地绑定账号。
绑定账号后，您的游戏数据（统计、成就、积分、自定义等）将存储在服务器上，更换设备时可以恢复数据。
如需删除账号，您可以在应用内的个人资料页面直接删除。删除时服务器上存储的所有数据将被永久删除。
应用内积分（金币）可通过游戏、观看广告、应用内购买等方式获取。游戏内货币仅可在应用内使用，不能兑换为现金。
应用内购买通过Apple App Store和Google Play Store的支付系统进行。取消和退款遵循各商店的政策。
本条款可能根据需要进行变更，变更时将通过应用内通知告知。

GIRUDA (la "App") ofrece un servicio para jugar al juego de cartas Mighty en dispositivos moviles. Al descargar y utilizar la App, se considera que acepta estos terminos.
La App se puede usar inmediatamente en modo invitado; vincular una cuenta no es obligatorio. Puede vincular opcionalmente su cuenta a traves del inicio de sesion social de Apple o Google.
Al vincular una cuenta, sus datos de juego (estadisticas, logros, puntos, personalizacion, etc.) se almacenan en nuestro servidor, lo que le permite restaurar sus datos al cambiar de dispositivo.
Si desea eliminar su cuenta, puede hacerlo directamente desde la pantalla de Perfil en la App. Todos los datos almacenados en el servidor se eliminaran permanentemente.
Los puntos (monedas) de la App se pueden obtener a traves del juego, viendo anuncios y compras dentro de la App. La moneda del juego solo se puede usar dentro de la App y no se puede cambiar por dinero real.
Las compras dentro de la App se procesan a traves de los sistemas de pago de Apple App Store y Google Play Store. Las cancelaciones y reembolsos siguen las politicas de cada tienda.
Estos terminos pueden modificarse segun sea necesario, y cualquier cambio se notificara a traves de anuncios dentro de la App.
